This is not the 3rd time that my streak has been broken due to an issue with your app! First was a 90 day streak, 2nd was 60 days and now it’s happened again at 30 something days. Then, it asks me if I want to use a repair spell which costs crazy money and I shouldn’t have to do that because your app doesn’t work as it should. I want it gone I want it off my phone and I don’t know how to remove it. If this is linked to Maiar then why is it titled x portal it’s confusing and this space has too many scams and frauds. Since that point my account has not been functioning correctly. I have reached out numerous times to the customer support and they do not respond. I feel like I may have lost quite a lot of money as I can’t make any transactions complete. Swaps, withdrawals or transfers. If you use this app you run the risk of not being able to talk to any support at any time. Thank you for your response but it doesn’t help the fact I lost my currency that disappeared when applying for the HOLORide raffle ticket? I’m struggling to trust your brand and it’s quite concerning when you are asking us to trust you with our hard earned money. I appreciate a lot of people use your platform but it’s not really fit for purpose if you can’t handle the volume you know you are getting when taking on larger projects.
