Also, they tag the ride as cancelled, but again, CHARGED TWICE TO MY MAYA ACCOUNT! I tried to report this incident to them but guess what? They refuse to provide me my refund without asking for personal info!! As if they need my personal identification just to reverse those payments they charged for a cancelled ride!! Nuuuuts!
