It makes road trips so much easier by highlighting nearby places to explore, and I love how it feels like a travel community. With Google or Apple Maps, it is incredibly difficult to add stops to a long trip. XPWOW allows you to find cool roadside attractions, parks, food, and lodging along the way. In addition, you can save multiple road trips, name them, add a cover image, and share the trip with others. This is functionality that Google is limited on on their desktop website, and isn’t possible with the mobile app. As soon as you pick a new destination in a Google or Apple, the route you built disappears. XPWOW goes the extra mile by incorporating a social media component of the app, where you can see TikTok-style videos for your destinations and build a profile and following. This app is a must have for anyone planning long distance road trips.
