### 2/5 — Just a black screen

*2018-04-22, version 1.0*

Doesn’t ask for camera permissions

### 2/5 — Is this thing on?

*2018-01-14, version 1.0*

The feature set of this is just what I’m after, but I can’t get it to display any AR features. I can tell it’s reading my files and accepts or rejects them, but it displays nothing in the view other than the room I’m in, and there are no instructions! None! Is there something I’m missing?

### 2/5 — Models import fine. Textures don’t.

*2017-09-23, version 1.0*

The zip file I’m using contains OBJ, MTL, and image files, but the MTL and image files aren’t being read. I tried a few different image formats to rule out the possible case that this app didn’t support certain image formats, but I’m still getting the same results. I also made sure the image paths are set to “relative”. The same files are importing properly when I bring them into Blender or Unity. Ah well... I’ll give it 2 stars for being able to get the polygons to display properly and cleanly. Would make it three if the materials were able to display. More stars if there were additional flourishes such as creating a psuedo shadow on the ground, tutorials, and a bit more intuitive UI (Press the bottom right icon when the white aiming reticle appears and turns white. Took me a while to figure out that part.).

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Models don’t show up

*2025-06-18, version 4.5.0*

Neither imports or examples are visible even when occlusion is off, plus nothing is to scale you have to pay extra for that

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

*2024-08-01, version 4.5.0*

It doesn’t work with my own 3D models on iPhone. On my Android everything works excellent. It’s very strange

### 1/5 — It doesn’t work

### 1/5 — This doesn’t work

*2023-01-22, version 4.1.0*

Trying to load an obj file but nothing shows…

### 1/5 — Utter trash

*2022-12-13, version 4.1.0*

My ipad shows 3 fps. I have never seen it lag that much

### 1/5 — Crashes often

*2020-09-04*

Constantly crashes when trying to import FBX file

### 2/5 — Not worth paying for

*2024-06-19, version 4.4.0*

If you can get by with the free version then cool. If you are considering the paid, I would save your money. I tried for four hours to get this to simply place a basic cube in the ceiling in the corner to demonstrate what a network rack there would look like but it was impossible to adjust size, or get it to the proper location. It would sometimes just disappear and I would have to go back through all the menus to upload again.

Speaking of, the recent tab doesn’t work. I have to ‘upload’ this object every time it bugs out and has to be deleted. There is no simple way to add files to app, at least not intuitively. This seems like it is still in alpha, play with for free and then remove until more features and usability is added.

### 2/5 — Not Good.

*2022-12-04, version 4.1.0*

App is limited when adding own files. Object is huge and you can’t resize.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-12-16, version 2.4*

Black screen. Just says move phone to fine plain. No instructions. Am clueless.

### 5/5 — Fbx animations

*2020-11-27, version 3.1*

Any plans adding animations? Great app btw

### 5/5 — Finally a way to show others 3D Art!

*2019-09-21, version 2.2.2*

This is the perfect tool to be able to show others your 3D artwork! I’m apart of a virtual reality art group that has been looking for an easy way to share their artwork! And This is the perfect app for it!

### 5/5 — AR Viewer Review

*2017-09-26*

As soon as iOS 11 dropped, I was looking for an ‘AR Viewer’ app that I could utilise for experiencing my own 3D content, created with SketchUp Pro, for interior design visualisation applications and this app perfectly fit the bill. Thank you so much.

### 4/5 — Sizing

*2020-03-13, version 2.6*

All STL imports need to be scaled down by 0.1% before being the correct size

### 4/5 — Good Start

*2017-09-29, version 1.0*

Good for an early AR app. Can’t figure out how to get it to recognise textures at all. A bit more info about things like that would be handy.
Would be great to also support animated models.

### 3/5 — Doesn't let me choose model units

*2019-03-30, version 2.1.1*

Good in terms of simplicity, but not too useful at the moment

### 2/5 — Wheres my textures?

*2019-03-15, version 2.1.1*

Ive tried all the file types and all i get is a textureless object .. what am i doing wrong or is the app?
