Here a little while ago, the app stopped saving pictures. I get an exclamation mark on the picture. There is no picture saved. Sometimes, I have just seconds to get a picture, but that is ruined and it will not save. I’ve tried it on two different iPhones and still the same response. Why is this not working? ### 1/5 — Do Not Update to v. 1.0.18 Broke *2025-11-20* Have a USB-C scopearound endoscope. Worked great on version 1.0.15 but since updating to 1.0.18 it no longer takes photos or video and worse it removed all my saved photos and videos of my eardrum from surgery. Will update review if developer fixes this. 11/20/25 Another update but app still broke. No longer takes photos or video through app. Have to use my camera screenshot to take photo of my eardrum. Nothing happens upon plugging in the device. The cord plugs in at the bottom of iPhones and iPads…which is contrary if you want to set it down while using the attached scope. Being able to time. Off light is not a basic apparently, when the light sometimes makes everything blurry or alters the color. If you’re looking for a button to change lenses from side to front view, you won’t find it in the app because there’s a physical button on the cable, where light adjustment also is, to do this. If you are looking for where your video(s) are you just tap lower left image ‘then’ on the next screen that comes up tap the word ‘videos’ and they appear. After that there are export functions using same Apple iOS method every other app uses. ### 5/5 — Nurse *2025-01-27* I love this device & its silicone attachments for safety. I would like to download the album of photos but don’t see how. Oh and photos don’t label left or right ear. ### 5/5 — Pretty much Plug and play. *2024-06-25* Easy to use, the one nuance is that it has it’s own photo gallery that you must select from and download to your regular photo gallery if you want to send the images taken with your scope to other people. Got it for my Teslong Dual Lens snake scope. Be aware if your scope has a physical camera switch button on it, the camera switch button in the app won’t appear. It now takes photos again using my ScopeAround endoscope and saves them to my library so I can’t lose them. I have updated my star count from 1 star up to 4 stars.
