A dishonest company that refuses to refund for services that were never delivered. Do not download this app, do not work with this company.

Opened a support ticket for a refund on a product that was never delivered. Company stopped production. I did not get the product. Opened support ticket with xsolla on 3/26 and still waiting on my refund. They don’t follow their refund policy (45 days). 

Customers just be aware they don’t follow up on their own policies when it doesn’t suite them. They partner up with thieves and scammers.
