I love Xtend. To me it is hyped up Pilates so works your core but everywhere else too.  The flowing movements keep your focus and distract you from the hard work. Then you stretch and feel great! It is such good strengthening exercise that can be low or high impact however you like it. It suits beginners to frequent fliers as you can always add to the workout. After 3 months I was addicted and still there 5 years later with i er 1000 classes ticked off which I can’t say is the case for other exercises.

I like the new app, looks great and easy to navigate. But now this new app doesn’t show how many people have booked in a class, it’s handy to know so can avoid booking a busy class etc, it’s just easier to plan.
