### 4/5 — widgets desconfigurados

*2026-06-16*

por favor, adaptem as planners aos aplicativos!!! principalmente o rastreador de hábitos que eu amo muito

**Developer response:** Obrigada pelo feedback 💙 Vamos compartilhar seu pedido com a equipe.

### 3/5 — Great but it is not

*2026-05-31, version 2.21.4*

A blogger I follow recommended this app, and I was so excited to try it. Sadly, it does not function properly on a mobile device I have tried my iPad and phone multiple times and it is a huge bummer. So please try and find a way to make it usable on a mobile device I think it will help a lot if it worked properly.

### 3/5 — Ótimo, se você já tem um computador.

*2026-05-13*

### 4/5 — List Making Game Changer!

*2026-04-12*

Wow! I have millions of lists of things to-do, to-buy, to-read, to-watch, etc. and it’s been a mess over my notes app. I can now organize my lists and visualize multiple ones at the same time!! It’s so nice. I gave it 4 stars because a lot of the templates for ADHD which they really advertise for are only available to premium members. Other than that I think it makes it easy to categorize and visualize info.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback 💙
We’re happy xTiles helps you organize and visualize all your lists! Some ADHD templates are included in premium because they come with additional features, but we really appreciate you sharing this — and we’ll keep improving the experience for all users.

### 3/5 — App não funciona no iPad

*2026-03-31*

### 2/5 — Practically Unusable On Mobile

*2026-03-28*

First off, I actually love xTiles. It’s great on my desktop and I bought a year subscription because I got excited about being able to use it on all platforms. Unfortunately, the mobile app leaves a lot to be desired. It is simply not designed to work well on a mobile platform. Some parts are a copy paste of the desktop app and trying to use the things you would on the desktop just doesn’t work here. Sadly, the same goes for trying to use xTiles on an iPad. It’s a huge bummer and it’s a reason I have to go back to using something else for tasks on my phone.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback 💙 We’re sorry you ran into these limitations — we know how important a smooth mobile and iPad experience is.

The mobile app is currently more limited compared to the web, and our team is actively working on expanding and optimizing the functionality step by step. Please stay tuned for updates in the store.

If you have any questions or need help with your workflow, feel free to contact us at support@xtiles.app

### 3/5 — Datas erradas no app

*2026-02-26*

O app eh péssimo!
As datas não estão nos lugares certos

### 4/5 — Awesome for organizing!

*2026-02-19*

I love xTiles! It’s become one of my favorite places to put create a system to check myself now and then. :) it’s customizable, but not too much to the point where you get sucked in and overwhelmed.

But I do wish the mobile version was more optimized for entries. There’s no easy way to edit tables easily, or zoom out to see everything in a normal mobile size. It’s more limited when writing text entries and changing them to something else.

**Developer response:** Thanks for showing interest in xTiles 💙 and for your kind words!

We really appreciate the feedback about mobile. These improvements are in our plans, and the team is actively working on them step by step. Please stay tuned for updates in the store!

### 4/5 — Lots of Potential

*2026-01-19, version 2.18.11*

As many have stated, xTiles performs best on Desktop and looks different once you go to the app. I love xTiles, it's genuinely the best resource for me to use as someone thats AUDHD! For now I'll stick to the desktop version. However, I plan on investing into this app for the long run and hope the app improves soon 🦭

### 3/5 — I wish I could change cover to what I want on iPad

*2026-01-11, version 2.18.11*

Options are very limited for iPad. I wish I could at least change the cover of the free templates to ones in my photo gallery :(

### 4/5 — Where did the widgets go :(

*2026-01-05, version 2.18.11*

I just saw that my widgets are not working in the web version. Why did you guys remove them? Can you please bring them back?

### 4/5 — Huge problem! 😭

*2025-12-21*

This has so much potential, but is very difficult to use on a phone.

When I go to projects on the planner, I can’t edit the tables/charts.

If this get fixed, I swear I will tell everyone I know about this app!! It has so much potential and is already still amazing! I definitely recommend and have told some friends!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your thoughtful review!
💬 It means a lot that you see the potential in xTiles — and you're absolutely right about the current limitations on mobile. Better image previews, more flexible drag-and-drop, and smoother touch interactions are all on our radar.
We're actively working on making the mobile experience just as great as on desktop.

### 3/5 — Please give us Multifactor Authentication!

*2025-11-28*

Everyone raves about how useful this is for ADHD, and I’m dying to find out myself. Unfortunately, the lack of MFA leaves me uncomfortable attaching any of my external services, making the app (and my annual subscription) kind of useless for me. I work in IT Risk, and the lack of MFA is always a red flag for us (not renewing next year if this is still the case).

Believe me, I want to use this app and see for myself how it can help me, but a password alone (even one as long and complex as mine) is not enough these days. Please give us phishing-resistant MFA asap!

**Developer response:** Thanks for raising this!
MFA is on our roadmap — we understand how important it is, especially for users in IT or handling sensitive info. We'll pass your input directly to the team.

### 4/5 — Pretty decent if you want a companion to the desktop version

*2025-11-22*

Not perfect but still a great companion to the desktop version as you can access and manage the projects you have going on for the most part. That said, it lacks a lot of the in-depth features and flexibility that the desktop version has but this doesn’t bother me because I like doing my in-depth planning on a computer rather than a tablet anyway. I just like having a reference for things on my ipad, seeing my tasks and calendar, being able to edit and format any text if needed, and so on. That said, anything that makes it more like the desktop is welcome but I personally don’t want to struggle on a touch screen to resize and adjust many things if the functionality isn’t there so I will still mostly be doing very basic things on the app.

### 3/5 — Huge problem! 😭

*2025-10-06*

This has so much potential, but is very difficult to use on a phone.

1. When I am making my collages of lists and pictures, it only shows a little bit of the actual picture. You can click on it for the fullscreen view, but I want to be able to see the full picture from the start, like Pinterest.

2. When I want to move a picture of list, I can’t. I can’t place it where I want of move it to another spot.

3. When I long hold on the picture, it highlights the text and does the thing with copy and paste options, sometimes over the whole grid.

If these get fixed, I swear I will tell everyone I know about this app!! It has so much potential and is already still good!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your thoughtful review!

### 3/5 — NOT GOOD ON IPAD

*2025-09-22, version 2.16.5*

I really thought it’s would be the alternative to notion with the simplicity in its operation like I saw on YouTube but sadly almost none of the customization and functionality is optimized on iPad, neither app or the browser. None of the templates work either.

### 3/5 — Great for desktop only

*2025-08-22*

I’m so sad because I actually love xTiles a lot! But the app doesn’t work well on my phone or iPad at all - it doesn’t look the same and I can’t use it the same way or as easily as I can with the desktop version. I don’t want to search for an alternative but I may have to if the app doesn’t improve. This is definitely something I’d pay for if I could use it on all my devices.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your kind words and honest feedback 💙 You're absolutely right — the mobile app still lacks many features available on desktop. We're actively working to bring more functionality and a smoother experience to both phones and tablets. Your support really helps us prioritize improvements. If you have specific things you'd like to see or need help in the meantime, feel free to email us at support@xtiles.app!

### 3/5 — So Much Potential…

*2025-07-18, version 2.15.6*

I love love love how easy it is and how things look. But I need more integrations! There is no way to get tasks in other than to manually add them. I do use this as the class page for my students though and they love it. I would fully convert from Notion if I could get more stuff into it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Useless on Mobile

*2026-03-01, version 2.19.6*

With all my ND people gushing about this system, I wanted to believe.

But like many in these reviews I am mobile first. I live on my iPad and need to quick capture with my phone. This “mobile app” provides neither.

From what I’ve seen, this system is pretty amazing, but until there is parity between the mobile and desktop, this app is useless.

### 1/5 — Desktop Only

*2026-02-17, version 2.18.11*

With all my ND people gushing about this system, I wanted to believe.

But like many in these reviews I am mobile first. I live on my iPad and need to quick capture with my phone. This “mobile app” provides neither.

### 1/5 — Very disappointed

*2025-10-07, version 2.17.1*

I was practically panting when I saw this demoed by someone on YouTube. Finally, something that could combine my lists app with a calendar?! Sign me up! This could have been life altering. Unfortunately, whether it’s due to using an iPad (although I’m using it through Chrome, not the app?), I’ve found it impossible to figure out. Like Notion, I practically have to code to make something happen but unlike Notion, there is hardly any instruction or support. For a company that is claiming accessibility to ADHDers, they are tinkertoy peddlers. “Accessibility” is a spectrum and literally includes the word access - some folks having limited access to devices. Waving the ADHD flag as a marketing tool is disingenuous and insulting when you don’t include those who don’t have access to those devices. Apologies to those who are passionate about this tool and were forced to launch it too early but it does look calculated to gear toward businesses and teams, aka a higher market value, in which case the ADHD marketing ploy looks even dirtier.

### 1/5 — App is not for visual workers

*2025-09-07, version 2.16.2*

They know how and why people use this as that’s how they market their product - to a community that mostly needs tablets to function and succeed. Makes no sense to not have the app built to perform the visual and editable tasks - and obviously not listen to the reviews asking for those needs 🤷‍♀️

### 1/5 — So disappointing. Very sad.

*2025-09-01*

I thought I’d found exactly what I was looking for to help me with ADHD planning. The interface looks amazing. BUT I’m using an ipad and a phone. The functionality is so limited, the app is glitchy. There’s no way to use it well without a desktop. If you are ADHD and always at your desk, go for it. If you ever go out, though, and don’t have your laptop. Good luck. Super frustrating. (And kinda triggering tbh!)…And it seems like, for ipad, in Chrome, you should just be able to use the “request desktop site” feature…but no. They really want you in the dysfunctional app, won’t allow. Sorry. I know you guys work hard, but…honest opinion of my experience here.

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your honest and thoughtful feedback, Susan. We're truly sorry to hear the mobile and iPad experience has been frustrating — especially when you're looking for a tool to support ADHD planning.

We’re actively improving our mobile and tablet apps, and your feedback helps us prioritize them more effectively. If you have any specific suggestions or questions, feel free to reach out at support@xtiles.app

### 1/5 — Not functioning?

*2025-06-06*

Wont let me delete or duplicate

### 1/5 — Frustrating App

*2025-04-10*

I’m loving the web version but the app is very frustrating. Nothing works! Can’t save any edits. I’m gonna have to reconsider my choice to use this program because if I can’t use it on my phone it’s going to be useless to me

**Developer response:** Thanks for showing interest in xTiles 💙
We're glad you're enjoying the web version! We're sorry the mobile experience has been frustrating. You should be able to edit and save content in standard tiles—please contact support@xtiles.app so we can look into this and help resolve the issue.

### 1/5 — Meh

*2025-03-07, version 2.12.3*

1. Huge disparity between mobile and web apps. There’s a reason nearly all of the reviews and tutorials on YouTube feature the web app. Offering lifetime access to mobile only for $59 is a glaring admission of this disparity by the devs.

2. The majority of reviews I have found on YouTube are paid sponsorships—not a deal killer until you figure out that none of the ‘reviewers’ actually use xtiles. They give these enthusiastic reviews, but it becomes clear that they actually use Notion or another competitor and just learned how to navigate the app and regurgitate predefined talking points for the paid sponsorship. Not a good look.

3. The lack of attention to detail on the xtiles website gives little reassurance of the company’s ability to compete in this very crowded space. For instance, the website features an ‘Exclusive Discounts’ page with 8 discount categories (eg: healthcare, low-income, military, etc.), but the criteria/instructions under each says the same thing: create student beans acct… verify student status… to qualify. NONE of the 8 categories has anything to do with being a student. Either the categories are meaningless or the instructions are a lazy mistake. Not a huge deal, but feels amateurish compared to competing solutions.

### 1/5 — Should be zero stars

*2025-02-16, version 2.12.3*

This shouldn’t even be in the App Store because the app doesn’t work. I accidentally bought a year subscription definitely a waste unless you carry around a laptop.

### 1/5 — N gostei

*2025-02-12*

Pessimo, n tem varias coisas q diz ter, super difícil de mexer, n consigo excluir páginas

**Developer response:** Thanks for showing interest in xTiles 💙! Some features are currently only available on the web version. If you're having trouble deleting pages or navigating the app, please reach out to support@xtiles.app so we can assist you.

### 5/5 — Great visual organization

*2026-04-02, version 2.20.4*

Very user friendly. Allows you to add anything from the browser easily as you are working. I love the chrome widget, I use it every day. I’m always taking pictures clipping information and adding it to my tiles.

### 5/5 — I LOVE IT

*2025-11-24, version 2.18.4*

I’m not sure if I have ADHD but I have productivity problems and this app helped a lot. A year ago I was searching for a good planner app for a while, until I found this one and I haven’t gone back since!

### 5/5 — PERFECT

*2025-11-19*

This is app is amazing ! I found it while trying to find a digital Palmer since notion was so difficult to navigate, and for a highschool student this app helps loads with the planner I created on it! It’s easy simple and straightforward! I love that I can make my digital planner cutesy and this app is one of the best ones I’ve ever downloaded .

**Developer response:** Thank you so much! 😊 We’re thrilled to hear xTiles helps you stay organized and makes planning fun and cute! If you ever have suggestions or ideas — feel free to reach out at support@xtiles.app. Good luck with school! 🎓

### 5/5 — ADHD Users Love!

*2025-10-03, version 2.16.5*

I am a professional certified ADHD coach (PCC,PCAC,ACCG). I started using xTiles after using Asana, Trello, Monday, ClickUp and Notion. This application really works the best for my unique brain. I now recommend xTiles to my clients and they love it as well.
Best of all- the xTiles company is really dedicated to supporting the ADHD community! Commendable and Appreciated!

### 5/5 — Love It!!!

*2025-07-29, version 2.15.6*

Such a great app! I call it My Second Brain because it really is. I love the template option so much, and it is DEFINITELY worth the paid subscription.

### 5/5 — PERFECT APP FOR ADHD

*2025-07-28*

I recently discovered I am on the spectrum of ADHD. And I would always struggle with procrastination and can be quite scatter brained and not be able to focus. I used to hand write lists to help me keep track of what tasks I need to take care of each day and I would also keep random docs on my laptop desktop. However, this process never seemed to be as fruitful as I’d hoped. It wasn’t until I came across xTiles and decided to give it a try and wow, I am so happy I did.

I love the intuitive functions / user interface and just having all my “brain dumps” and lists in one place. I love to use and make different templates for different areas of my life. But just having it all organized in one location I can consistently check back on is so helpful for me to keep things at top of mind.

I had tried using Notion to organize my mind but it was simply too difficult for my ADHD brain to find efficient.

I love xTiles and am excited to see how this app will continue to evolve and grow!

**Developer response:** Thanks for showing interest in xTiles 💙 We're so happy xTiles helps you stay focused and organized—it’s amazing to hear how it supports your ADHD workflow. Your story and kind words truly inspire us to keep improving!

### 5/5 — Amazing!!

*2025-05-08, version 2.14.12*

I really love how easy to use and intuitive it is. I’m not only able to stay super organized, but I can also save a ton of content and easily access everything in one place. Thanks, XTiles! You guys are saving me so much time.

### 5/5 — Great app, but

*2025-02-27*

Great app, use it for my reading logs, my homework assignments to keep it organized, and even my 2025 vision board. Only thing is that I would definitely enjoy a widget for this app, where I can choose a specific project that I would like to display and it should show me a preview of the project. It would be helpful to just get a quick look like for my homework assignments instead of having to open the app and look for the project. Definitely an easier alternative to notion.

**Developer response:** Thanks for showing interest in xTiles 💙! We’re glad xTiles helps with your organization. Your widget suggestion sounds great, and we’ll consider it for future updates!

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-02-26*

I’ve been searching for this type of tool forever and i dont think it could better fit my need for organization. Better on Pc but having it on my phone too is the perfect duo.

**Developer response:** Thanks for showing interest in xTiles 💙! We're so glad to hear that xTiles is the perfect fit for your organization needs. 🚀
