## What is Xtime Mobile?

A suite of tools that extend the Xtime platform to your mobile device: 

•  Customer Messaging allows dealership staff to respond quickly, streamlining interactions with customers.

•  DealerChat expedites work in progress by facilitating communications with internal employees.

•  Mobile Inspect allows technicians to complete multipoint inspections from anywhere. Users can take photos, videos, and audio clips of inspected vehicles and attach to the recommended services. Vehicle history is available with each and every vehicle inspection.

•  Users will receive push notifications on their mobile device when Xtime alerts are triggered for events such as new customer messages or new RO assignments.

Xtime Mobile App can be downloaded for free, but does require a monthly subscription and signed license agreement. If you log into the app and do not see any data, please verify with management that you have a license agreement to use the app. If you are an existing Xtime user and would like to utilize this app, please contact your Xtime sales representative.

Its been a week and we still cant upload media at all. No chat media no RO media. Also chat freezes randomly. This is dealership wide.

This is the single worst app I’ve ever used. Constantly having connection issues. Chat feature never works. Logging me out randomly for no reason. And the most annoying part is it purposely making my picture and videos way lower quality, blurry and hard to view. Another grudge I have is for whatever reason I’m not aloud to play any kind of media in my Bluetooth headphones and take a video at the same time, like why not. Really annoying app to work with.

Video and picture quality bad even on a newer phone and like how their a zoom but doesn’t really zoom in which tech need when a phone can’t reach in tight spots also new update got rid of older iPhone os so you have to have at least 16 or newer

Please fix the sign in and camera bugs. I've been signed out after every car I work on and it really pisses me off having to sign back in every after every vehicle, it puts a huge pause on these stupid videos I have to make. As for the camera, please, I want to be able to control the focus area, please!!!

For the past week, I’ve been trying to log in, I’ve reset my phone, updated it, put it on cellular and WiFi but I can not get past this blank screen when I press sign in. It redirects me to a page I believe I’m meant to actually log in on but it’s completely blank no matter what.

Worst app I’ve ever had to use in my life. Camera quality for some reason is terrible so I need to use my phones camera then upload instead of the apps built in camera function. Signs me out every day. Assigning work is terrible. If you are a business owner do not use xtime your employees will hate you
