Its like a teenager built it 1998. Steps taken to attempt to resolve the issue: - uninstalled and reinstalled - reset device - checked for software update No luck - please invest some time and money to make sure you have an operating IOS application that actually works! 0 stars if possible! ———— Update 1: Called customer service and spoke to a Desirae, she stated “you must wipe your phone and download the app again in order for it to work”. This is absurd- I never had an issue with an app that I must wipe my phone clean in order to use an app! ———— Update 2: Still no fix, I.T. Application is prehistoric - have they even updated their application since the new update to any phone’s platform from 2017. Maybe their research and development is on vacation.
