Customer service slow and not helpful, i loss over 3000usd while I waiting for they answer my question and call back. And it’s just a very simple question as the price was doesn’t right as normal in the app. So I don’t know should I close the position or not. And they just hold me online and I can’t leave the chatting page. After their reply, my money was gone! Strange 🤔 ### 5/5 — Josh carter *2018-11-25, version 6.0.28* Great app if you understand what your doing. They have helpful information and videos on the Xtrade Academy. People give this company a rough time on withdrawing your funds but if you have complied with all of the asic regulations and uploaded all documents the money is processed within 48hours. I bank with commonwealth and have never had a problem when I withdraw. Have been using xtrade on and off for the last 3 years and my account manger has called me before to tell me of opportunities that are coming up. I’ve been trading for 10+ years as a hobby and I still work but it’s nice to know that if I make trades I can set take profits and stop loss markers so I’m in control. People say they have lost thousands and blame the company but you have 100% control over what your trades and money is used on and when to exit a bad trade. If you don’t know what your doing probably best to learn or not trade at all. On day one of second year, I immediately cancelled and asked for refund. No compromise. I didn’t even use it the whole year and now they force me another year to pay. Ridiculous. The company sells your information to other companies allowing the other companies to call you all the time. Even after telling the companies to remove you from their call list you will be spammed with calls. Especially a company called capital. Make sure you read the fine print before agreeing to anything from x trade.
