We went out of our way to ensure compliance with all of their processes. They suddenly closed our account without giving a reason and without giving us a chance to appeal or provide supporting documents. They ruined our ability to temporarily pay our suppliers. To top it all off, they have the audacity to keep sending me personal marketing materials and invitations to events on WeChat (looking at you Jayden). They’re just robots without a thought in their little heads.
