Would give it 5stars but want to evaluate more. ### 3/5 — okay. Good data. *2021-09-15, version 1.2* it’s OK. it doesn’t know that the 72 hour rule doesn’t apply to handicapped though. ### 2/5 — Could be amazing *2020-12-16, version 1.2* I would say that this is a great app. It does what it says and the data is very accurate. I do not like the having to keep location on always to use at all. When selecting a street to view parking info, the map moves and reloads to re-center each time—very obnoxious and slow. Stay away from this one. It insists on Always having access to location services. “only while using” is somehow not good enough for a parking app? There’s no explanation of what “Parksense” is, there’s only a toggle for if you want it on or off. Viewing different locations on the map is often broken. I often need to force quit the app multiple times in order to view a different street address. Plus the information is incomplete. For example, there is no data on residential parking permit restrictions. ### 1/5 — Checked app and still got a ticket *2019-09-05, version 1.2* I parked my car and checked the app Tuesday 9/3. The app stated the next street cleaning was Wednesday 9/16. There was nothing said or no alert for 9/4. There was street cleaning the following day 9/4. I know because I got a ticket. This app is not reliable or clear enough. Thumbs all the way down. Would appreciate in big red fonts and lines where the street cleaning is that week. ### 1/5 — Requires background location for no reason *2019-07-15, version 1.2* Can’t use the app unless you let them use your location even when the app is closed. Not required for app functionality and is a complete invasion of privacy with no benefit. Delete. ### 1/5 — Privacy *2019-05-23, version 1.2* There is zero reason you need to see my location when the app is not running. (It doesn't work correctly if you sent location to "while app is open") ### 1/5 — Keeps prompting me to turn on location services *2019-05-22, version 1.2* I have allowed the app access to location services. But it keeps popping me to do it again and again and again. It won’t give me any information about street cleaning. Bottom line: it just doesn’t work.
