Nie można płacić blikiem, trzeba dzwonić do siłowni aby moc opłacić karnet! Ciagle sie zawiesza, teraz nie widać ile osób zarezerwowało zajęcia fitness i czy sa jeszcze miejsca… porażka. Pierwszy raz się spotykam, żeby aplikacja z biegiem czasu była coraz gorsza i mniej intuicyjna ### 1/5 — A tydzień później już jednak nie, bo zacznie rosnąć zadłużenie. *2025-08-07, version 8.4.4* Najpierw mówicie, że karta zostanie anulowana — OK. Czy wy tam jesteście normalni? ### 1/5 — Koszmarna appka *2025-07-15, version 8.4.4* Szkoda, że właściciele aplikacji nie wyciągają wniosków z komentarzy! Appka jest przeokropna- a najgorsza jest zasada działania listy rezerwowej. Zapisanie się na liście rezerwowej niczego nie ułatwia- żeby dostać się na zajęcia, trzeba cały czas mieć telefon w ręce- i szczęście. Z zasady powinno się z automatu zapisać na listę główną, jeżeli ktoś zrezygnuje. Ale nie! Trzeba czekać na powiadomienie ( kolejny koszmar- najczęściej przychodzi z opóźnieniem) i szybko klikać rezerwuj- i najczęściej wtedy wychodzi error, bo kto inny też próbuje złapać miejsce. Żenada. Kiedyś jeszcze można było kupić droższy pakiet i to ułatwiało zapisy. Teraz to nie ma znaczenia. Czekam, aż w pobliżu otworzy się jakiś inny klub i na pewno wtedy zrezygnuje z Xtreme. Problem was reported over a month ago and had to be fixed in January but no changes sofar. When being in a waiting list and in case the spot opens it is impossible to confirm/ reserve that spot in the app. App is only in Polish without option to even copy-paste to do the translation. After the admin refreshed or changed something regarding my account, all my booked-in trainings disappeared and I’m back in waiting list. I give a nice BIG 0 for this app!
