I hoped that the app would offer a better experience, as it repeatedly prompted me to switch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Upon entering the information, the app began its search only to return with a blank page. Even when I specified "Ohio" as the location, it failed to bring up any relevant results. It's so weird to me because the app seemed to have received positive reviews from others, but it fell dramatically short in my case. The app's inability to provide any of the necessary information or search results left me disappointed. I wonder what might have gone wrong with the app over the past years, as it clearly didn't live up to its reputation. I hope the developers address these issues promptly and work towards improving the app's functionality. In its current state, I cannot recommend this app to others seeking instructors or classes. It's important for potential users to be aware of the shortcomings and frustrations I encountered. There is always something goofy going on with it. Sometimes content won’t load. Sometimes the app won’t load up at all. I exited out of it after the video played for a few seconds (I wasn’t ready right then to work out) then when I went to watch it a couple mins later it was no longer there. There’s no where to see where I downloaded it, and of course it says there’s no refunds. I’m very disappointed I’m not able to use what I purchased. My first time watching was when he had Katie in the front and asked her to give him 3 things. She delivered so well, the support from the class was AWESOME, and at the end of Katie’s workout, I literally cried. She never stopped, never gave up, and didn’t quit!!! She and her positive attitude, paired with Phil’s attention and guidance was SOOO Inspirational, that I’ve bought a step.
