The app is really bad though. Every time that I go into the app, it tells me to re-enter my information and I lose all of the data that I had ever recorded. The device that comes with it stops mid-day often, crashes actually, and the watch time function quits. I'm back to trying it again, but so far it's only fair to middling as a health tool. My main problem is the very hard to read display. Come on folks, how hard would it be to have chosen a better background color. On my iPhone 6+ it's almost unreadable. The app loses sync all the time. The sleep feature DOESN'T WORK. If you press the 1 button too "soft" the unit resets. I should have just spent the extra money on the Fitbit. First world problem, I know, but when I spend money on something I expect it to work. You have to manually transfer any data. It doesn't even take your pulse. It also only tracks your sleep time unlike FitBit and even other iPhone apps that obit or your motion etc while sleeping and convert it to sleep quality. Inexpensive. Tracks steps which is all I use it for. Not sure how accurate the sleep monitoring is. There is no information on website to explain much of anything. Is this product still supported?
