How wrong was I!, immediate bombardment to deposit money, which I deposited a small amount, traded for a short time and found it over complicated, and seeing I had made some money, attempted to Withdraw funds and close, as of today, I’ve still not been able to access the money, I’ve closed all trades, so it’s sitting there, apparently I’ve failed Verification a couple of times, even though it’s exactly like their example. *Will I get my money? Wird in einem Werbevideo erzählt ab zehn Euro kurzer Zeit später heißt es schon 50 € hätte den ein oder anderen vom runterladen der App und vom investieren ab vor allen Dingen Anfänger. I honestly think if the withdrawal system gets a rework this will be a top app. To explain in further detail. It took me around 2 weeks to get everything verified after first time withdrawing. Its constant. Verify this verify that but it doesn’t all happen at once. The documents are all submitted individually. I’ve only had one successful withdrawal so far as I’m trying to build my balance. But once I get what I’m aiming for who knows if it’ll be smooth sailing. I have tried the online chat and the lettering is white against a pale grey background. Really? I’m 74 for goodness sake, I was born wearing glasses!!! Until I verify my mobile I feel I am in limbo. Setup the account, verified and then wanted to test withdrawal process before I invested further. At that point I’m notified I need to create an e-wallet and send screenshots rather than using my own account. This also incurs additional fees. They ask you to verify one thing after another for days and weeks so that you can withdraw to your paypal. I am not too fussed as it’s only £20 but I beg you please do not install this app and fall for anything. It’s like a temu of trading. Prompts and ads constantly to distract and cover the sham of actually being able to legitimately trade. Took a $50 deposit to be able to use it that sits and slowly disappears. On the initial setup this could have been mentioned, but it wasn’t. At least they are returning my investment, but it is very disappointing since I was finally starting to see a profit.
