My internet was messing up so I couldn’t watch tv for a bit but then the remote itself soon stopped working,I had deleted it,went to repair,and it says it’s already paired . So it won’t repair whatsoever . Now shortly after I downloaded it I also noticed how it would say “sorry that didn’t work try again” and that should’ve been my first sign to get a new tv remote but no I didn’t unfortunately. This app is a complete JOKE! I’m not sure how or why this is still an app but it needs to be removed. I usually have to restart the tv manually for it to work again & connect, this time it didn’t work so I deleted & reinstalled the app, It made me input a pair code & told me “This tv is already paired”. You would think the device would show up in Manage Devices.. right? because so would I. But no, it doesn’t show show up as a connected device, not any of the 6 times I’ve tried. It just reminds me the TV is already paired while still telling me to connect a new device. Every now and then it would say something went wrong with the connection but for the most I could depend on it. But my internet went out one day and since the app says it’s connected to my tv but says no devices connected and has me pair but when I pair again says it’s already connected. I can’t figure it out. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesn’t work. I use this app because I had lost my controller.
