New to the app and just wanted to use it. It’s been 3 days and the profile is not verified yet still under review. Idk how profile verification can take too long and don’t know where to reach out for help.

The app asked me to upload sensitive documents like Social Security card, tax forms, and pay stubs, which I was not comfortable sharing. I decided not to upload anything.The app seems risky. Please do not ask for SS card, tax forms, or other personal documents, as it makes users uncomfortable and feels unsafe.
Safer and simpler verification methods will help users trust the app more.

Xuno is the best app for sending money to Nepal. The exchange rates are unbeatable, even better than well-known services like Wise or Remitly. Transfers are very fast, and even the fee-free transfers still give the best rates, which is impressive.

Customer service is excellent—I was helped in Nepali. Wish I had found this sooner, I’ll only use Xuno from now on!

I have been using Xuno to send money home for a while now. Initially i was skeptical of using this app and ditching Moneygram and Remitly. I got hooked to the app 
because of the transfer rate which is best in the market. I usually send money upwards of $1500 when I use the app and wait for 7 days for delivery. This gives me the same price as the market rate and also notifies me when the funds are delivered. Initial setup is sort of different compared to Moneygram but once that is done its the smoothest amd easiest way to send money!

I’ve used several online platforms to send money to Nepal, but Xuno is the one I trust the most. What I appreciate is that I don’t have to jump between different sites to compare rates. Their "Compare Rate" feature clearly shows what other providers are offering, which is really helpful and Xuno consistently gives the best rates. The value speaks for itself. It’s a reliable, efficient, and transparent service I feel confident using every time.
