Subscription failed & not working, didn’t refund my money (even though I emailed) and now I’m afraid if they still my money cause I did biggest mistake and used my debit card for purchasing. The actual operating system, is rubbish. Outdated, hard to enter data. Doesn't loop over recordings, come home to a full hard drive, handy if something goes missing! Have to format hard drive every fortnight. Can't set up internet, can't use xvr app, just says parameter error. No support.
