## What is XWEAR?

Reach your fitness goals!

The XWear Fit App allows you to always keep track of your health data. It measures steps walked, distance covered, calories burned, pulse and more (depending on your model). Your personal fitness goals are calculated based on your own dedicated body data (e.g., age, height and weight, etc.).

Set up your own step goals or use various reminders (e.g., medication or sports reminder) and alarms in the App.

The steps and distance in the smart watch can be synchronized to the [Health] APP of your iPhone through HealthKit.

Keep an eye on your messages! The XWear Fit App will notify you of your incoming calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages and many more.
