It was in the old app, but now seems to be an impossibility to put back. I’m learning to live with the incompetence. Only opened the one at Y12 to finance a vehicle. That was the best banking move I’ve ever made. Two cars and several loans later I still praise the services from Y12. Sometimes it won’t let you unlock it which can be a pain in some situations. Nearly every time I open this app. I have told you “no” every time. It’s not just with me my husband has the same issue on or off WiFi and no matter the location. The internal pay a person is not easy and there is no way to change the security question or find the answer, also when trying to do an internal transfer I can’t add anyone’s account even though all the information is correct. Charges were almost instantly shown in accounts and the UI was seamless. Now it takes days for most charges to show up and reflect on your balance and logging in is always buggy. Really the whole app is buggy now.
