There is a daily limit and a monthly limit for deposits. Which in is very low in our opinion. So much of the time, the convenience of the mobile app is not convenient at all for I can’t make half my deposits. Very simple ### 1/5 — Worst bank ever *2022-06-27, version 5.10.4382040* I have been a member of Y12 for 12 years now and I have never had an issue with this bank until I moved an hr and a half from the closest branch and found out that it is an absolute nightmare to try and link an account to ANYTHING so that you can transfer your money to the account. You leave us no option other than to either drive to the nearest branch to deposit the cash for no charge or I have to pay the transfer fee from another institution which is absolutely ridiculous at $30 for a transfer. You can say it’s for security all you like but it’s really just a racket to force people into paying fees we shouldn’t have to pay in order to transfer our hard earned money just to pay bills. I honestly will be trying to get my loan refinanced somewhere else so that I can close the account with this ridiculous bank. If I can’t I will close it once my loan is paid off either way I will find a way to be done with this joke of a bank permanently. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. They always greet you with a smile and hello. They are quick to get your transactions taken care of and out the door you go. I am amazed to find myself a senior citizen. In the years since I have lost my debit card twice, misplaced documents that they happily reprinted and helped me navigate a personal loan. Their customer service is the best I have ever found.
