The few times it has opened allowed me to see what a great app it is. It won’t go past the open screen. A couple of times it went to an all white screen. That’s it. I have also deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I have an iPhone and an iPad, same issues on both. I messaged Customer Service and have not received a response. I work from my iPad so I’ll be very upset if this can’t be resolved. ### 2/5 — It good but… *2023-08-02, version 2.0.1* I just re signed up as an affiliate after being gone for almost 2 years. I had to sign up with a new link and couldn’t use my old one. The link to share in my app is the old one instead of my new one. Messaged support and they said everything looks fine on their end even though I sent them screenshots of what my app is showing. They said don’t use my phone, to use my computer. So needless to say, no help from support to get it fixed. I don’t have a personal computer and run my entire affiliate business from my phone. So not really thrilled about not having the correct updated information in my app. ### 1/5 — App Won’t Open *2023-07-09* I was able to get on the App a few times weeks ago. Then, I would click on it. It would take a little bit and then the screen would go white. I’ve deleted and downloaded it multiple times. I’ve turned off my phone too. It came back up a couple of times. However, now it just stays on the opening screen and nothing happens. It’s very frustrating because it was a really helpful and well designed app. Please look into this problem. I always keep my iPhone up to date.
