## What is Y?

YC121 is a tailor-made training path designed for executives with the ultimate goal to reach the highest standards in terms of Energy boost and personal growth according to his/her Vision. 
The training is performed using Neuro-Training® specific exercises combined with Kundalini Yoga Meditation. Changes occur in a rapid and natural manner. 
All the practices included in the program are backed by science, simple to perform and suitable to support the person to excel in a complex, fast-changing environment. The program is guided 100% by Alessia Tanzi and tailor-made video resources and more instructions made available through the YC121 App.
