## What is Y?

Y-MIND is an app designed to provide lessons on life skills and mental health self-management for adolescents. The lessons are based on evidence-based interventions developed and tested in Canada and several other countries. The Y-MIND app and its lessons have been developed and adapted in collaboration with the Vietnamese Youth Advisory Council (V-YAC) to ensure the content is relevant and appropriate for young people in Vietnam.
