They’re not interested in helping clients fix their account subscriptions. I guess they don’t care about revenue.

This is obviously a white label app, but still surprised by how terrible it is. You to pull to refresh on every page, which is outrageous for a mobile app. Not to mention there are broken links everywhere. Might as well just use the website, which is bad too.

often the app signs me out or won’t load. the screen is often messed up. When in the wallet under purchase history, there are not actual dates of purchase—all say “purchased 1/1/01” pretty sure Y7 didn’t exist 21 years ago!
