But something is missing I dont see any improvement. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! *2022-10-15, version 0.8.3* Since I was not able to enter my cc info on the Yaamava app, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. When I reinstalled it, the app became worthless just like their customer service! After signing in the app, it takes you to the main menu where you are able to scroll up and down . However, you are not able to go in on any of the option such as dining or hotel. I have spoken to guest services about it with no solutions except they would inform IT. I have also spoken to other upper management staff but they no answer. No one in this casino have any clue how to help me. Their IT department has no even reach out to me. This app is WORTHLESS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! It might work for a month or two but after a month and half, you will regret it. Like their customer service, this app is a waste! Good luck asking for help. Even my promotions I can’t get any information. It’s good I still get regular mailers from you. Otherwise i would not know anything if you look at my record, I’ve stayed several times at your casino. He said he had to delete and reinstall your app many times and all of a sudden it started working. I’ve done that too with no luck on my phone. I’ve gone to Guest Services many times but still they could do nothing to help me. What’s odd is I have an iPad and it seems to work on that. Strange. Wished it would work on my phone because I don’t carry around my iPad at the casino. Yaamava had finally reached out and IT has fix the issue I’ve been having with accessing the app. I would give them a 5 star but can’t for two reasons. 1: if the app goes down we don’t have an alternative to view our inbox via our desktop and 2: we aren’t able to view our total food credits available. Even though I had to make several contacts and also a couple out of the way visits, I thank the staff for doing their best to help out. *Updated 10/5/2022 As of now there has been no resolve to the app issue. Still unable to view app. I physically went to Yaamava to visit guest services twice on two different trips and I don't live close. They too can't figure out what's going on. They said they would send info to IT but heard nothing back. I called again 800-359-2464. They still don't know what to do. Again I've emailed Yaamava and haven't gotten one reply. I've been so patient with this and yet there seems to be no one out there to help. I'm sure I'm not the only one, right *Updated 9/21/22* So Yaamava did reply to my review saying our team is here 24/7 to help trouble shoot please call 800-359-2464. I called and tried to explain the issue and describing what’s showing on my screen but kept getting interrupted by customer service which was really rude. Let me finish speaking so you know what issue I’m having. If they are flustered don’t put it on the customers. I’m trying to get assistance and all they told me is that the issue isn’t the app and that it’s the phone and I need to take it in to my phone carrier….I said it can’t be the phone if I was told to call Yaamava’ for help. The the employee just continued to say I don’t know multiple times. If we are given a number to call for help and the employee says I don’t know, it looks pretty bad. Finally they told me that I would have to come in and show them what’s showing on my screen. It almost sounds like this department is making things up and does not have any knowledge on what to do. To reiterate here’s what they said - Yaamava App is not the error - The problem is my iphone - Must take phone to your phone carrier - Bring phone to the casino so they can see a screen shot of the Yaamava app not working Now why would I need to take my phone into my phone carrier and say I’m here cuz my Yaamava app doesn’t work? Doesn’t make sense because they are not Yaamava Forgot to add they told me I didn’t download the correct app and that it’s the black chip with the gold Y….This is the app with the black chip and gold Y…smh …………………………………………………..,, App doesn’t work. Just shows a white screen that says “scroll through menu items with an up or down swipe” “continue”. Unable to open any menu or press on the continue button. More importantly I am not able to check my messages on their app and going on there website doesn’t give you an inbox to check messages. Went to the Yaamava website and went to their contact link. It seems no matter how many times I update this it still says the same thing…(to get all the perks need to update). It’s annoying, especially when it is updated. Makes me feel like I’m missing out on special promotions. I’ve never yet got to access “the vault” on the kiosk. My friends get this option once a week. Also, I’ve never receive promotional discounts on hotel stay, etc. Frustrating considering I go to your Casino twice a week. It has been wile and no way to figure it out. Checked with people in Yaamava’ no one knows what happened. Well, lots of problem is from cache residue in our iOS system after multiple upgrade and updates. While I have other issue with my iPhone I decided to reset my phone and use as a new phone without rolling in the backup. Voilà, now the app work like breezy on android device. So before complaining please check your phone first. I know it takes time. Okay, build a new easier than get rid of old and build. Why not give a try.
