This app is terrible.  Things appear and disappear at random, we were never able to open a menu on the app, the staff openly acknowledges it is terrible and resorted to providing us with paper copies of everything.  For such an amazing brand and yacht experience, this app is a complete embarrassment.  My 22 year old was suggesting all the ways he would rewrite the code for it and pointing out all the flaws.  Really brand damaging.

Absolutely worthless app. Not only is the information provided useless, two days into the journey I was not able to log back in

This app is useless. Does not even show the port on the daily voyage.  You can not make reservations for restaurants. You can’t even see the menus for the in room dining or restaurants.  Ritz has a long way to go the get current with their app.

This app is virtually worthless.  The app does not allow the user to make restaurant reservations as stated in the description.  The menus for the restaurants only showed on one day and were incorrect.  The app automatically disconnects the user forcing you to log in repeatedly throughout the day.  Lots of work needed to make this app as functional as one would hope.

The good news is the cruise was great and the “ladies and gentlemen” of the crew serving the “ladies and gentlemen” passengers were well trained and represented the Ritz Carlton brand with distinction.  

Since the app is designed to only work while onbard the yacht, I suppose we will need to book another cruise to update this review!

Wonderful app to use when your onboard. It’s clean and easy to use for dining and other activities. Exciting to go on another voyage!
