Still on some broken loop. Try to login using FB, go through the process of logging into Facebook app, then it still returns to the same “login with Facebook” screen over & over & over. I’m obviously not the only one. I had to make a second profile. ### 1/5 — Can’t join?? *2024-06-04* “Join the event with the email you used to book your trip” —> “No user found with that email” Apparently I can’t use the app because I’m not the one who purchased our boat for 12 people… so out of our group only one can use the app??? ### 1/5 — App is useless *2024-02-03, version 4.8.4* The app won’t even let me log in, it keeps telling me I have entered the wrong password, despite using the same password to log in on the website! Utterly useless! ### 1/5 — Year 2+ of Same Errors *2023-10-30, version 4.8.4* 1) Year 2 of having trouble signing into your app. Last year I was able to reset my password, delete the app, then sign-in. Worked again just now. If I don’t reset my password first. Then delete app and redownload, it won’t let me sign-in even if I reset password. 2) Also, signing-in, the email field is case-sensitive. Never seen that before for emails because emails aren’t case sensitive. Might want to add a note that it’s case sensitive or fix it so that it’s not (probably best path). 3) Instagram account linking: doesn’t work for 3 years in a row for me. I don’t have access to my fb email anymore. Tried to create a new account but the app recognizes me and doesn’t let me create a new account and keeps asking me to log in via my old email via fb.
