## What is Yadel?

Yadel connects Deaf and hard-of-hearing users with live video sign-language interpreters.

Main features:
• Live video interpreter: pick a category and connect
• Manage minutes with credit packs; load what you need
• Elçi: type or pick a sentence and have it spoken aloud
• Speech to Text: they speak, you read it as text
• Environmental Alerts: notifications for doorbell, baby, dog, and siren sounds
• Services: water, technical service, hospital appointment, and taxi requests
• Support: ask for help from inside the app

Minute packs are one-time credit. They are not a subscription.

Elçi, Speech to Text, and Environmental Alerts are separate monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account under Subscriptions.

Yadel is not an emergency medical, police, or fire service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
