I use to use this app all the time. Now there is no data or movies listed.

I downloaded this app with high hopes. Buying tickets for my favorite movie at the Orion was a dream come true. Sadly that is not an option here. Only the childrens are featured. Lets wait to download a meaningful app in the future. Thanks

Before the update I got the info that was needed with one look and if more detail was needed then I could press the option. With the update you have to press skip to even get into it and there is not as much info on the first page after you get in. Please make this a one and done again, thank you.

On the 22nd my app was down and now it’s the 25th. I tried calling the number yesterday during business hours to ask the problem and see about showtimes but only an audio message for showtimes. The app made it really easy but when there are questions to be asked, it would be nice for someone to call for actual answers and not a recording that is unable to help

the whole payment process will take forever sometimes. i will put my info and it’ll say to check the balance even when there’s money on it. takes a couple of times to actually work.

It would be really nice to know that there are no tickets available before I go through the whole payment process (which takes even longer since I cannot use the card I have saved in my phone, Apple Pay, or PayPal). Maybe in the next update…?

The payment process is weird sometimes. I’ll enter my info multiple times and close the app and then it’ll work. Also it would be nice to know if there are limited seats for a showing.
