Fixes and improvements:

• Fixed the layout on smaller iPhones — the header and the volume/speaker controls were being cut off.
• If microphone access is off, the alert now takes you straight to Settings.
• Your matched contacts are remembered between launches, so no more re-scanning every time you open the app.
• Group channels: create a group and talk to everyone at once.
• Added a Notifications shortcut in the settings menu.
