## What is Yala?

Yala is for the plans too small to make a fuss of. A movie tonight. Dinner out. A walk before it gets dark.

Say what you're up to, in your own words, like you'd text it. Your circles see it and decide if they're in. No planning threads. No chasing replies. No group chat spiral just to land on a time.

Plans, not schedules. Post one line: what, and roughly when. People say "I'm in," or "maybe," or nothing at all, no pressure either way. Once enough of you are in, there's a thread to sort the last details, and then you go.

Who sees it is up to you. Share with one circle or a few. Nobody outside them sees a thing.

No feeds to scroll. No planning app to learn. Just what your friends are actually doing, and a fast way to join in.

Yala is invitation only while we grow it slowly. If a friend hasn't brought you in yet, ask them for a code.
