Set-Up is not as simple as it’s made out on the instructions and lack of support in achieving it is also a hinderance. Application seems to work fine when I’m at home on the same WiFi, but when away using my phone data or public WiFi will not load or show anything. So when I actually want to see what’s happening in my home when away I can’t. One of the Camera after doing a software update automatically will go through some strange spinning around and camera movements, then settles to focus on the ceiling for some reason. Summary - Poor Product with even poorer support. Shame as it’s not cheap either. Still getting issues with firmware updates that are said to be required every time the application is opened, but on giving authorisation it’s found that it’s all ready up to date. ### 1/5 — Buggy and Slow *2024-11-04, version 1.3.4* The tech feels like it was built in 2000. Produit très simple à paramétrer et application très facile d’utilisation. Je garde un œil sur mon animal de compagnie ou que je sois ainsi que sur la sécurité de mon domicile. I’ll be looking at purchasing more cameras. The app also links in with the Yale Smart alarm app if you have a Yale smart alarm so you don’t need to have this App at quick reach. 8/10. Just needs X supported view now. Even though the latest update say about being more compatible. It still doesn’t use the correct screen size as shown on the App Store. Get it stored as it’s now starting to look a little amateurish. ### 5/5 — YALE HOME SMART WiFi Camera WIPC/303W *2019-08-19, version 1.3.3* What a great camera and app these are, messages come within seconds of abnormal noise or movement detected, no problems, listen & talk works extremely well for a small unit ( could do with the volume being just a bit louder though ) Excellent pictures and recorded video, I was slightly hesitant in purchasing this type of camera to go with my Yale Home Smart Alarm SYSTEM with possible interference with each other etc etc but I had nothing to fear they both work in harmony with each other, going to order and fit a couple more Yale Smart Cameras now that everything is running smoothly.
