The red writing and back background is very hard to see. When I tried to place order before open time it wouldn’t let me place a later time without backing all the way out. If there is a certain amount of time needed then tell me the earliest pick up time for later. Ended up waiting until restaurant opened to place order. Had to clear completely and start order again to get it to work. Yama Chen’s is amazing!! The food is worth the issues I had with app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App isn’t functional *2026-01-30* I tried to place a delivery order with the app but every time I’ve tried to pick an item, it makes me go back to the address section and won’t even let me put in my address details. Even when I was able to put my address details, it wouldn’t let me confirm it and would send me back to the start of the menu. I like the food but this app keeps glitching out on me no matter what I do. ### 1/5 — Stole my money! *2020-10-05* When I first downloaded the app I created my account and loaded it with money. After that I was not able to stay logged in and the app shuts down every time. I am unable to use the money I loaded onto my account! And the app has been broken for many iOS updates… I don’t think it’ll ever be fixed! The food felt and tasted above room temperature warm & I only ordered sushi. The wasbi was hard. I’m glad I keep some on hand at the house. Overall I would go somewhere else for sushi!
