I also had a savings account with over 4,000 dollars “disappear” from my online account. After several times calling they finally told me it was because it has been inactive. It’s great that our community bank took the step towards making banking more convenient for their customers, but this app crashes ALL the time. Also, it’s frequently unavailable when I try to log on to transfer money or deposit checks. It’s one of the most frustrating things on the planet to not be able to reset your passcode without calling the bank, online or on the app there is no way whatsoever to reset your password. What’s the last site / app of any kind that doesn’t have a freaking “reset password “ button ?!!?!?! This app and YVBs online experience need a SERIOUS overhaul.
