С каждым Месяцем компания идет на дно в плане отношения к таксистам и клиентам
Жрут деньги комиссии растут мой район теперь еще больше комиссия вечные сбои с гео и не могут за год добавить кнопку где я нахожусь
Поддержка дно полное 
10 ответов не на твой вопрос от Фии через 2 часа оператор который иногда тупее ии
Как только распилили Яндекс ,компания стала чисто местом для всасывания денег 
Мнонополия делает свое)))
С впн мы работать не хотим ведь мы ссым Роскомнадзор
Адаптироваться под СоВременныеО реали они не хотят
Короче типичный пример, что бывает, когда компания переходит не в те руки

Но не лезьте в это днищенскую компанию

Сегодня 16.08.2026, Яндекс списал у меня 1000 рублей, при этом не обозначив не где, что это было за списание, поддержка также не может дать ответ и говорит, что списания не было, Яндексу мало комиссии в 25%, он решил ещё и незаметно списывать деньги

Пожалуйста, добавьте такую возможность чтобы ставить определённую громкость на уведомления о новом заказе, либо чтобы отключать этот звук. Я понимаю что важно, чтобы звук заказа проигрывался, но когда ты смотришь видео на большой громкости, и на всю громкость на весь зал начинает орать рингтон заказа - это ужас.

Upd: баг на баге, функции добавляют от балды, при том функции которые буквально вредят работе, хуже приложения не встречал

Сбой программы домой. 
Взял дальняк в Владивосток с Уссурийска, после завершения заказа, включил программу домой. 
В итоге меня кинуло в город Артём, после мне предлажило вернуться обратно во Владивосток, а мне надо было в Уссурийске. 
И так два раза.
После предложений не смотря на то куда ты нажал, согласился или нет происходит сбой, после которого функция домой отключается. 
Даже если показывает что она работает, тебе кидает заказ, но он вообще не в ту сторону идёт, а после заказа проводник вообще выключается.
В итоге обратно домой пришлось возвращаться без заказов.

А так же хочу отметить, по дороге с Уссурийска во Владивосток, по карте в некоторых местах стоят ограничения скорости на 40-60 и отметки камер хотя на деле запретов нет, как и камер, но зато позже прилетает минус приоритет за превышение, хотя не чего не было нарушенно. 
Вот сиди думай стоит ли брать Межгород.

Попробую обновить приложение в надежде что такое не будет больше.

Поставил звёзд за то что выдали деньги за цели два раза подряд. 
Просто рад что дали, хотя могли не дать, уже сталкивался с таким.

Спасибо за корректировку в размере 2 тысяч рублей за то что я пешком отказался нести 2 ящика ягод а заказ не хотели отдавать без адреса и пришлось подтверждать получение
