### 1/5 — Service client décevant et absence totale de protection du client

J’ai commandé deux plats de Tchep du restaurant Mame Penda Mbaye. En deux jours, c’était ma deuxième commande à ce restaurant.
L’un contenait seulement la moitié d’un poisson, l’autre des restes (arêtes, morceaux incohérents).

J’ai contacté le service client, fourni les photos demandées, attendu plus de 24h… pour finalement recevoir un refus catégorique de remboursement.

Le problème a été requalifié à tort comme un simple “je n’ai pas aimé”, alors qu’il s’agissait clairement d’une non-conformité.

Aucune compensation, aucune solution, seulement des réponses automatiques.

Ayant travaillé moi-même dans le service client (Deliveroo), je peux affirmer que ce niveau de prise en charge est inacceptable.

Je précise que c’est la deuxième fois que j’ai un problème de commande avec Yango et malgré toutes les preuves , jamais une compensation n’a été faite. 

Application à éviter car si un problème survient : le client n’est pas protégé.

Je suis à abobo belle ville et j’ai l’application depuis plusieurs années mais la livraison n’ai toujours pas disponible dans mon quartier dites nous clairement si votre application est pour une localité précise car c’est vraiment énervant

This app doesn’t work, I emailed the support several times over the last month and they didn’t resolve the issue, very useless app I’m deleting it.
