## What is Yango Maps?

Navigate the city easily, whether you're driving, walking, or using public transport. 

With our GPS-powered app, you can see your precise location and get convenient directions straight to your destination wherever you are — in Dubai, Baku, or any other city. The app shows you directions that avoid traffic, tracks bus schedules, and knows all those fast, easy walking routes that take you around obstacles.

With Yango Maps, you get a stress-free driving experience with real-time updates on the road and clear instructions on how to navigate complex intersections. You'll get warnings about traffic jams, road closures, and speed limits ahead of time so you'll definitely get there on schedule. The app will also direct you to parking and fuel stations near your destination so that nothing stands between you and the places you need to go. 

You can get directions even without an internet connection — simply download an offline map for your city or region, and you'll never get lost offline. 
Yango Maps is also available in CarPlay so you can see your route laid out in front of you as you drive. This currently works in the UAE and Azerbaijan, and we'll add support for more countries in upcoming updates.

В России на мобильном интернете приложение не видит интернет. Онлайн-сервисы соответственно не работают. Вы специально это сделали, да?

**Developer response:** Если мобильный интернет работает в режиме «белых списков», то Yango Maps действительно не будет работать, так как его не включили в белый список сервисов.
Это не зависит от нас.

看起来有实时公交显示，实际上经常是幽灵车。如果没有接入乌兹别克斯坦和哈萨克斯坦的实时公交系统，就不要把你那个闹餐公交标志给放出来。推荐的公交路线也是如同撒旦他妈妈给耶稣的同性恋表叔做的牛粪炒鸡屎一样，等了五十分钟都没有显示的公交过来。

Отсутствуют виджеты для рабочего стола, которые есть в основном приложении

 iPhone Х версия 29.2.1 загружается, устанавливается, но по факту версия приложения всё также 29.0.2 и снова в App Store «висит» обновление. Телефон перегружал, приложение переустанавливал, но обновление, видимо не поддерживаемое моим телефоном, так и осталось. Слегка раздражает. А так всё устраивает.

**Developer response:** Возможно, на устройстве не хватает свободной памяти. Проверить это можно в настройках устройства → Основное → Хранилище iPhone. Должно быть свободно не меньше 10 ГБ.
Если памяти хватает, пожалуйста, пришлите скриншоты страницы Yango Maps в App Store, а также данных о телефоне: настройки → Основные → Об устройстве. Вы можете прислать их в меню приложения → Обратная связь.

Выбрал раздел такси, ввел адреса. Нажал кнопку "выбрать тариф" и меня перекинуло сначала в браузер, из него перекинуло в аппстор на страницу странного приложения с такси Yango...
Кроме того, нет подробных настроек типа "заказать другому человеку", "детское кресло" или "ппревозка животных". 
Уберите такси из карт.

Ответ: у вас вообще не работает кнопка тарифы! Эта кнопка перекидывает в аппстор!

Вроде карты не плохие, рекламы практически нет, что для яндекса очень не типично, НО АВТОБУСЫ ПОСМОТРЕТЬ НЕЛЬЗЯ. Недавно работало, теперь только через квн, включаешь - всё работает. Это банальное свинство…
В ответах включают дураке, как- будто не понимают в чём дело. 
Такой монстр - яндекс у меня спрашивает ? , смешно, попробуйте сами  и ответьте почему?

**Developer response:** Сергей, сейчас нам не хватает информации, чтобы разобраться. Правильно ли мы понимаем, у вас не отображаются метки транспорта на карте? Уточните, пожалуйста, город и номера маршрутов. Также подскажите, показывается ли время прибытия в карточке остановки и каким цветом — зелёным или чёрным. Для отображения всего транспорта на карте должен быть включён режим «Транспорт», а опция «Мой транспорт» выключена. Если проблема в другом, пожалуйста, опишите её подробнее.
