The route selection feature keeps crushing once it starts crushing i have to uninstall and reinstall the app and that is taking a-lot of my time and it’s becoming annoying please fix the issue properly this never happened in previous versions thank you

They entice with the bonus and then trips stop coming once you have almost completed the bonus. It happened twice to me. The first time I was left with 1 trip and all of a sudden requests stopped coming and I had to drive all the way home empty and I lost the bonus. The second time I had two trips remaining and I lost the bonus as well. Mind you, trips will start as soon as your bonus expires. This is a scam they run

Au moins, quand le client est à 6 ou 7 km, cette distance devrait être comptée dans la course. Ce n’est pas normal de faire 7 km pour aller chercher un client, puis encore 5 km pour le déposer, et être payé seulement 18 DH.

Le jour où ce problème sera réglé, je retravaillerai avec vous. Et je suis sûr que beaucoup de chauffeurs ont arrêté de travailler avec vous pour cette même raison.

Si un client annule la commande, on te retire de l’argent ou des points de priorité.
Le carburant brulé lorsqu’on cherche le client qui finit par annuler la commande n’est pas remboursé au contraire Yango vous retire des sous où des points. Yango ne sait pas reconnaître un client impoli mais sait quand même nous retirer notre argent. Une course de 3km est de 400F en espèces moins les 60F de taxe sur le compte et une de 6km est de 500F en espèces moins les éventuelles taxes plus élevées. De plus des il donne des bonus qui ne servent à rien et te montre de l’argent que tu n’as même sur toi et dans ton compte. L’assistance attend une éternité pour te répondre, ne résous absolument rien et finit pour te dire d’aller lire les conditions d’utilisation. De plus le système de navigation est très vague et basique. Les objectifs qui changent comme pas possible avec des durées d’une semaine. Yango donne le privilège aux clients et égorgent les chauffeurs.
