Their 30% cashback appears to be random. Sometimes I get nothing or only a small amount. Sometimes the unsubscribe option is present, sometimes it is not and you have to unsubscribe via a completely different app. It all appears to be misleading. Лучше парсите карты гугла и смените поставщиков POI! ### 1/5 — Drivers are careless *2026-08-07, version 700.153.0* Today I just forget my important file in yango ride and now driver is not responding me even not picking my call and support is totally useless they are unable to do anything. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2026-08-05* I am very disappointed with Yango Azerbaijan because the app allows drivers to abuse the system without consequences. A driver claimed that he could not come to my location, but he refused to cancel the ride himself, apparently to avoid affecting his driver rating. I also refused to cancel because it was not my fault. Instead of canceling the trip, the driver later marked himself as “arrived” even though he never picked me up, waited briefly at distance, drove away, and I was charged for the ride. To make matters worse, I reported this incident to Yango’s local customer support, but they completely ignored my complaint and took no action. There was no meaningful response, no investigation, and no refund. This is an obvious abuse of the platform and an unfair practice that punishes customers for the driver’s actions. Yango should prevent drivers from manipulating the system this way and provide better protection for passengers against fraudulent charges. Until both the driver behavior and the lack of customer support are addressed, I cannot recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Очень плохо *2026-08-05* Поездка с Yango оставила крайне неприятное впечатление. Машина была грязной как снаружи, так и внутри. Салон находился в неудовлетворительном состоянии, кондиционер во время всей поездки не включался, несмотря на жару. На заднем сиденье ремни безопасности были недоступны, что является прямым нарушением требований безопасности. Отдельно хочется отметить состояние водителя. В салоне стоял сильный запах пота. Во время поездки водитель постоянно кашлял, сплевывал мокроту себе в ладонь, а затем выбрасывал ее в окно. Это было крайне неприятно и негигиенично. Даже если это поездка в тарифе "Эконом", подобное недопустимо. Чистота автомобиля, соблюдение элементарных санитарных норм и обеспечение безопасности пассажиров не должны зависеть от класса поездки. Это не привилегия, а базовая обязанность сервиса. Ожидаю, что Yango будет тщательнее контролировать состояние автомобилей и стандарты работы своих водителей. ### 1/5 — You need jesus *2026-07-27, version 700.152.0* You guys need jesus in the way you hike up prices for a short distance trips. ### 1/5 — Do not buy the Yango plus subscription *2026-07-26* Developers are disgusting, when asked how to cancel my subscription they ask me to download a different app and then cancel my subscription.
