I have plenty of screenshots showing that I’m in the parking spot and the app not recognized it. Not sure if it’s a glitch or a way to make extra money but the experience was very frustrating. In addition there was no way to connect to customer support which is very frustrating. Finally the scooter ended up locking by it self. I used the scooter to bring a $90 dinner that turned out to be very cold. I can never seem to find a parking spot on the map. I’ve spent more time trying to speak with customer service than riding the scooter. Every time I’ve needed a wind scooter, it has failed me. Use any other scooter like Lime or Bird. You will regret using Wind.
