### 4/5 — Made up physics but good

*2020-12-26, version 1.0.7*

Many times physics are made up, that’s my impression.
But in general the game is good, challenging and beautifully designed.

### 5/5 — Challenging and Engaging

*2017-07-15, version 1.0.6*

A real challenge, but once you get the hang of it, it is immense fun. I have beaten the game (it took a while, as it has many very different levels) and I continue to replay because it's so enjoyable. It racks your brain in a good way. Very unique--unlike any other iPhone game I've played. I super recommend.

### 5/5 — Super challenging, worth every penny

*2017-07-12, version 1.0.6*

Some levels are frustratingly hard - and this is a good thing 😁

### 5/5 — The Best Puzzle Game Ever!

*2017-06-28, version 1.0.6*

Challenging yet not impossible puzzles with beautiful colors yet simple geometric shapes keeps you focused. Very hard to beat.

### 5/5 — Sheer brilliance

*2017-06-27, version 1.0.6*

I have been an avid iOS gamer for several years. This is by far my favorite puzzle game that I have encountered on the platform. There is something incredibly satisfying about mastering its various mechanics (which are rolled out brilliantly) and putting them to use. Please support Kenny and family.

### 5/5 — Great Puzzle Game

*2017-06-27, version 1.0.5*

Some levels come together very nicely, and other require quite a bit of thought. I'm through part one and absolutely love this game.

### 5/5 — Favorite puzzle game in years

*2017-06-14, version 1.0.5*

Somehow manages to create an experience that is both challenging and zen-like.

### 5/5 — Really challenging

*2017-06-12, version 1.0.5*

This is a really fun puzzler. Only takes a second to learn. At first glance, each level looks like it should be so easy to complete, but some are very challenging. Beautiful minimalist graphics.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2017-06-08, version 1.0.5*

It may not be for everyone, but this is one of the best puzzle games I've played for a long time. It doesn't hold your hand, but new mechanics are introduced one at a time, and they all build on each other nicely.

I like the fact that I've had to put it down and come back to it a few times when I've got stuck, and that the different worlds are constructed so that you almost always have another puzzle to try if (when?) you do get stuck.

If you're looking for something that challenges you and makes you think, then this is well worth your time.

### 5/5 — Bugs have been fixed, interesting and thought provoking game!

*2017-06-07, version 1.0.4*

The developer has been great about fixing bugs for this game. It's a cool concept and now very playable!

### 5/5 — Just Awesome

*2017-06-07, version 1.0.4*

If you are looking for a challenging and fun game, then you've found it. Cool graphics an sound, great challenging levels but you don't have to a member of MENSA figure them out. Exercising you brain is just as important as exercising your body. This is just the way to do it. Have fun!!

### 5/5 — Very original, very cool

*2017-06-07, version 1.0.4*

It's not often you find a deep puzzle game that's unlike anything you've ever seen before. This is one of those games.

The puzzles are hard, and the difficulty ramps up quite quickly. But they're all 100% fair, and the infinite-undo mechanic means that mistakes and experimentation aren't punished.

If you like to be challenged, this is a game you should try.

My only real criticism is that the touch controls are sometimes a bit janky, and interpret a tap as a swipe, or vice versa. Also, the "analogue" move ability, where you drag slowly to see exactly what's pushing what, is SUPER useful, but I could rarely get it to work.

### 5/5 — SATISFYING PUZZLE GAME

*2017-06-06, version 1.0.3*

this game is really well done. It makes you think but isn't impossible and makes you get creative with solutions. :) very worth it.

### 5/5 — Sound

*2017-06-05, version 1.0.4*

Great game, similar to Triangles. One big negative: the sound settings are broken--you cannot change the sound levels.

### 5/5 — I Love It

*2017-06-05, version 1.0.3*

It's just the right level of complexity mixed with beautiful art and a heap of Kenny Sun style. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Tutorial

*2020-02-10, version 1.0.7*

For $3.99 there should be a tutorial included with the app

### 1/5 — Dreadful

*2017-07-08, version 1.0.6*

One word says it all

### 1/5 — Flickering

*2017-06-27, version 1.0.6*

The way the pyramids flicker when they're in the right position gives me a full-aura, throwing-up migraine. No other game has ever done that. I don't know whether people with photo-sensitive epilepsy would be affected, but it seems likely. I would have given it five stars without the flickering, but it's unplayable as it is and I've wasted my money.

EDIT: I think the main menu was set to black text on a black background, as I got a blank screen and a random tap took me to a level in the game. Whatever it is, I was unable to select the option to turn off the flickering. Solved by deleting and reinstalling, but any game progress is lost so this may not suit everyone.

### 1/5 — Really annoying.

*2017-06-03, version 1.0.3*

Just a really irritating game. If you are looking for a fun diversion this is not it.

### 1/5 — Was this game even tested?

*2017-06-02, version 1.0.2*

As noted, even on an iPad Air Pro, the game becomes insanely sluggish on level 5, then crashes altogether. Major disappointment for an Apple featured game.

### 1/5 — Won't even open

*2017-06-01, version 1.0.2*

I purchased this and was so excited to play because I love yankai but it won't even go to the loading screen without crashing on my iPad mini. I'll keep it for a couple weeks to see if you guys can fix it, otherwise I'll delete it... As reluctant as I may be to do so.

### 2/5 — Peak

*2017-06-06, version 1.0.4*

It looks like a great game but without direction I can't play which makes it no much fun.

### 2/5 — Stuck

*2017-06-04, version 1.0.3*

I am stuck on Corner. Only 3 places to pin the pyramid and all three drop the red or green off the edge. There should be hints. I have to give up now.

If I were a god you could believe in me, but I'm not. Pushing on any of the three corners doesn't work, it just drops a pyramid off the edge.

You really need to explain the game better or put out an update.

### 3/5 — 斬新だけど微妙

*2020-09-12, version 1.0.7*

### 3/5 — Fun enough, but glitches

*2017-06-04, version 1.0.3*

I was working on one puzzle and the blue prism started glitching and was randomly appearing on different parts of the screen (not on the puzzle board). I wish there were some more practice/tutorial levels also to help players get a handle on the controls and how to move the other colored prisms before tossing you into the actual game mode. Some of these puzzles are incredibly difficult to move the other colored prisms without pushing them right off the board.

Overall it's fun enough, but you may get too annoyed with the functionality. Additionally, there aren't any hint options, so if you get stuck, you're just stuck.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — So glad!

*2023-12-05, version 1.0.7*

After searching for a relaxing logic game for ages, PEAK. is the answer. Yes, I get frustrated. Yes, some levels are really hard, but the serene music is a great backdrop for the joy felt when you get it!

### 5/5 — Very creative

*2020-07-02, version 1.0.7*

You see a lot of similar puzzle games on the App Store. This one is different enough to feel fresh and new. Fairly simple mechanics, but some of the puzzles can be quite tricky.

Kenny Sun and the Sun family in general are amazingly creative. I highly recommend giving all his apps a go. 👍🏻

### 5/5 — Challenging fun

*2019-05-18, version 1.0.7*

A well thought out and well executed puzzle game, offering many challenging levels, a satisfying ending, and a bit of humor and personality mixed in. I enjoyed every moment!

### 5/5 — In fuego!

*2019-04-24, version 1.0.7*

This game is so much better than any other version with any other game I have ever played before.

### 5/5 — Great puzzle game, again

*2019-03-25, version 1.0.7*

I really love the creator’s other game Triangles, and this one is also great. Simple but challenging mechanics, great atmosphere, makes you think without being impossible to figure out.

### 5/5 — なかなか斬新なパズル

*2019-02-15, version 1.0.7*

三角錐のパズルを転がす、スライドさせるなどして解いてゆくのだが、なかなか奥が深い。最初は戸惑いましたが今はまっております。おススメです。

### 5/5 — The most honest five stars I have ever given.

*2019-02-13, version 1.0.7*

This game is so long for what it costs! Not only that, the graphics are amazing and there is even a “level skip” system that is so good for players like me, who can grasp the basic concepts, but not all of the more complex and nuanced actions, who can just skip the levels with complex solutions that we don’t entirely grasp. The App Store needs more games like this. Great work to the developers who were able to package this amazing piece of eye candy and a weeks worth of brain teasers in such a small package (that is, my overcrowded and old phone) 👍👍👍

### 5/5 — Good puzzler

*2018-05-28, version 1.0.7*

This is a really good puzzler. It’s challenging, but fair. Polished and enjoyable. Buy it.

### 5/5 — 2017年に出会ったパズルゲーム一番面白い

*2017-11-24, version 1.0.6*

三角錐を動かすだけのパズルゲームがここまで面白いとは思わなかったです。とても楽しめました。ありがとう。

### 5/5 — Challenging, well designed puzzle game

*2017-08-05, version 1.0.6*

I love puzzle games. This is the best I've seen in awhile. And the design is fresh and awesome, with lots of great levels. I can only hope there's a sequel!
