## What is Yaplist?

Yaplist turns a scattered to-do pile into a plan for today. Tasks with a date line up under Today and Upcoming on their own, so you open the app and see exactly what is next.

PLAN THE DAY
• Today, Upcoming and All views: dated tasks sort themselves, undated ones stay on Today
• Colour-coded categories keep work, home and side projects apart
• Priority, due date and a note on every task
• Drag to reorder, or sort by due date or priority
• Select several tasks and move or delete them in one go
• Deleted something by mistake? Every delete can be undone

NOTHING SLIPS PAST YOU
• Reminders at the exact time you pick
• Repeats that fit real life: every day, every 3 days, every week on Mon, Wed and Fri, every month
• Finish a repeating task and the next one is scheduled for you

FOCUS ON ONE THING
• Built-in Pomodoro timer with adjustable focus, short break and long break lengths
• Pin a session to the task you are working on
• A notification tells you when focus or break time is over
• The screen stays on while the timer runs

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Streaks: current, longest and active days
• Completions over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, compared with the previous period
• On-time share, total focus time and a breakdown by category

MOVE YOUR LIST WITH EXCEL
• Export tasks, categories, completion and focus history to an Excel file
• Import a list from Excel and add it to what you have, or replace everything
