Downloaded app and entered email and password for it to tell me invalid username (email) and password. However I know my username and password is correct when I log on using the Yapsody website.

**Developer response:** Hi, 

We have released the new app updates. Can you please update the application and try again?

Not sure if this is temporary glitch, but I've tried logging several times in one days with my credentials to no avail. 
Will have to stick with the website 😞

App worked fine but now I can't get rid of icon after I deleted it.  Icon does not open app anymore but this is annoying 🙁

YapScan is incredibly easy to use and is a great way to efficiently check customers in by scanning their tickets or selecting their names from an alphabetized list. Names can also be easily unscanned if necessary.

I have used the app now on a number of large social events flawlessly to date. And I would highly recommend the service which for a free service is phenomenal!! Top class customer service.
