You need to fix you app. On your network the app takes time to load and sometimes needs to refresh. Customer service on this app is just waste, there is no response from your team for the tickets made through this app. My 3 months old 3 tickets is still pending. There are also no extra services through this app.

Last 2-3 Days no internet . Not even downloading whatsapp messages.  Customer care response is very slow. Earlier it was good, when got many customers internet slow, not cared to increase the tower bandwidth. 

Fix the service in Dabab street , near sabb bank murabba. Or else porting to another service
