And every update seems to make it worse instead of better. Overall I’m pretty pleased. There are some things that I’m not happy with. First being lack of precision under trees with leaves. It’ll drift, miss spots and then I’ll have to have Yarbo mow it twice. Our vehicle GPS works almost everywhere except in tunnels, why can’t this? Second is a little more frustrating. I don’t understand why it can’t learn as it goes. I woke up this morning and found that he ran into a tree (collision occurred) so, I backed him up and resumed the plan. I did this repeatedly 4 times and he hit the same spot even after moving him to a different position each time. The concept is fantastic, and when it works, it does an impressive job mowing. Unfortunately, my experience has been filled with ongoing issues that made it difficult to justify the premium price. I’ve dealt with GPS synchronization problems, weak HaLow communication, RTK connection issues, camera errors, battery overheating warnings, and an app that has repeatedly required me to delete and recreate my maps. Rebuilding maps multiple times is frustrating and very time consuming. Customer support has been polite and responsive, but after countless hours of troubleshooting, the issues still remain. The hardware has a lot of potential, but the software and overall reliability still need significant improvement. I genuinely hope Yarbo continues refining the platform because it could become an outstanding product. The only plus is atleast the warranty. I’m sure it will stop soon and the thousands spent will be wasted it’s never made one full complete cut with out breaking down for months.
