The app never loads, all our staff can barely use it. Half the information you get on your computer isn’t available on the app on the go. Things don’t load in a timely manner or at all. Tech support just tells you to uninstall and reinstall to fix things. I could go on. I would go with competitors if I was looking for a management software. ### 1/5 — Avoid the headache *2026-01-05* The app is not worth the headache. Just logging in will have you jumping through so many hoops. Passwords can’t get saved properly to the device, passkey is broken. If you do get logged in, you may end up at a dashboard that is not the one you were looking for. After 7 days you’ll have to re enter your password which again may or may not pull the password correctly. If you’d like to use this app, be prepared to dedicate 30 minutes once a week to sort out your password issues. ### 1/5 — OS26 *2025-10-12* Does not work with OS26 Your app won’t even open in OS26. App always crashes and can never utilize it. Needs tenants numbers and can never access any information when I desperately need it in the field. This has been an issue from day one. If you want to get sued and lose your clients, make sure to use this software. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2024-04-04* On IOS 17, the app crashes before it opens ### 1/5 — GET APPFOLIO *2023-07-29* This app is a fraction of what the computer program offers. Considering appfolios app is the complete program, YARDI definitely falls short. It constantly crashes while uploading inspection photos and you can’t add fields or name the inspections.. Yardi in general has a LONG way to go before even being in the same ballpark as appfolio. I’m a property manager so do yourself a favor and get appfolio **Developer response:** Hi, We are sorry to hear you encountered issues while using the inspection function in the app. Feel free to live chat with our support team so we can help resolve those for you and use the Feedback feature in the app to share your experience with our development team (we already reported your feedback about inspections and wanting a full feature-set in the app). Our first release of the app was intentionally for users to accomplish key, routine tasks and not replicate all features in the full Breeze or Breeze Premier program. With that said, we continue to roll out new features with every release and will take all client feedback into consideration as we always do. In fact, we have a major update coming soon for both the program and the app! We appreciate your business and hope upcoming versions check all the boxes for you. Best, Amy Varbel, Director ### 2/5 — Great start *2024-08-14* So glad we are here and at least talking about an app. It still is buggy on start up. Sometimes it spins and spins trying to authenticate but never makes it. Sometimes it crashes on start up. Sometimes it remembers my login info. Sometimes it doesn’t remember me so I have to reenter all the credentials. Very slow on start up. Painfully slow. I usually just revert to using my browser on my phone. But I’m excited to see where this will go and for lots more development!! It’s a good start. ### 3/5 — App Crashing *2024-01-12* Running on iOS 17, keeps crashing every time I try to open the app. ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Needs more *2026-07-11* I love Yardi Breeze, but the biggest downfall is the app doesn’t have maintenance or violation tabs on the app dash board to use. This in my opinion would make the app actually beneficial. When we walk properties, we have to take the pic and write it down somewhere then get to laptop to enter it. Pleaseeee add this to the app! I’ll still give 5 stars. ### 5/5 — Thank you!!! *2023-02-24* My office transitioned to Yardi Breeze Premier 2 years ago and our maintenance team have been desperately asking for a mobile work order solution. This solves that need quite well. Very pleased. It also gives me the ability to perform move-out inspections WITH photo upload. Saving me from having to take photos and write on an inspection sheet, go to the office, scan the paper, upload pics to my computer and then finally uploading to Yardi. Once logged in, click the Admin menu drop-down and select Mobile App Setup. You can either generate the QR code and scan it directly on that screen or have the QR code sent to you via email.
