## What is YARO?

Yaro is an accountability buddy that helps you reflect on the challenges and barriers that may be stopping you from achieving your health goals.
Reflecting on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours is essential for understanding ourselves better and making changes. Yaro facilitates us to take control of our health by building self-awareness and self-efficacy. This can help manage health conditions organically through guided conversations. The more you reflect, the more Wellness Points you earn. Right now, wellness points are solely used for measure how much you engage with Yaro - but in future versions you will be able to spend wellness points to unlock new outfits and furniture for Yaro to enjoy! Yaro users will also soon be able to connect their existing MyVivaPlan accounts with Yaro to synchronize their wellness data and enhance their experience. Not only is Yaro there for us, but we are there for Yaro. We are taking care of ourselves by taking care of Yaro -- All while practicing self-reflection.
